Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Trend Hunter. By creating an account, signing in with Google, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must authorize your use. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, and activity under your account.

2. The service

Trend Hunter provides research, monitoring, organization, pricing estimates, shipping tools, and related commerce intelligence. Features may depend on public third-party data and may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Trend Hunter does not guarantee sales, profit, product success, marketplace approval, delivery outcomes, or uninterrupted monitoring.

3. Not professional advice

Information and estimates are for general research purposes and are not financial, legal, tax, accounting, investment, customs, shipping, or business advice. You are responsible for independently verifying products, suppliers, prices, fees, laws, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, safety requirements, and profitability before acting.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Trend Hunter to violate laws or third-party rights; bypass access controls, CAPTCHAs, or anti-bot protections; conduct abusive automated activity; upload malicious code; interfere with the service; access another user’s account; resell unauthorized access; monitor prohibited goods; or use data for harassment, discrimination, fraud, spam, or deceptive practices.

5. Third-party services and marketplaces

Trend Hunter may interact with or reference third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, policies, products, sellers, or actions. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms. You must comply with marketplace, carrier, supplier, and website rules.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the displayed billing interval until canceled. Stripe processes payments. Prices, features, taxes, and limits may change prospectively with reasonable notice. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Canceling prevents future renewals but does not usually reverse the current paid period.

7. Founder Status

Eligible users who create an account and begin a qualifying paid subscription by August 31, 2026 may receive Founder pricing: 10% off qualifying monthly billing or 15% off qualifying annual billing. Founder pricing remains available only while a qualifying paid subscription remains continuously active, subject to reasonable payment-recovery periods. Cancellation, termination, an extended unpaid status, chargeback, fraud, or loss of eligibility may permanently end Founder Status. Founder Status has no cash value and may not be transferred or combined unless expressly stated.

8. Intellectual property

Trend Hunter, its software, design, branding, and original content are owned by Trend Hunter or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us permission to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the service.

9. Feedback

You may provide suggestions voluntarily. We may use feedback without restriction or compensation, while respecting personal information under the Privacy Policy.

10. Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for violations, security risks, nonpayment, fraud, legal requirements, or conduct that threatens Trend Hunter or others. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that should logically survive termination remain effective.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trend Hunter is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or results. We do not warrant that monitoring will detect every change or that third-party data will remain accessible.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trend Hunter and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, failed transactions, supplier disputes, or marketplace actions. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Trend Hunter during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $50 if you used only the free service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Trend Hunter from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, products, business activity, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

14. Changes and availability

We may modify, discontinue, or add features and update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and may be communicated through the app or email. Continued use after changes become effective means acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United States and, unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the jurisdiction in which Trend Hunter’s operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
